We recently had a client reach a recording-breaking $1M sales week. Here are 3 strategies we implemented: ▶ Omni-channel planning >> Not only was our Facebook ads strategy planned out in advance, but the client also had a solid plan in place for email, SMS, Google ads, and organic traffic so every piece worked together seamlessly. ▶ Utilizing cost caps >> When taking over the ad account, we transitioned from highest volume bidding to cost caps, giving Meta the ability to pull back on less profitable days and spend more on days that are profitable. This worked extremely well for their account. ▶ Daily tracking and reporting >> Not only did we set monthly goals - but we broke those down even further into daily goals for ad specific metrics (i.e. AOV, CPA, ROAS) and business metrics (i.e. Contribution Margin, aMER). That way we could easily identify trends and pull the necessary levers when things get off track.
