Klaas Neubert, our Head of AI Applied & Data Solutions, showcased our exciting partnership with labor team at the Azure OpenAI Breakfast event in Zurich last week. Labor Team, one of Switzerland's largest medical laboratories, partnered with OWT to develop a high-precision GenAI expert system. This innovative solution supports their contact center agents by answering questions related to hundreds of different medical tests, including clinical, pathological, genetic, and molecular analyses. The GenAI expert system has significantly optimized resolution times and enhanced the overall customer experience. A big thank you to Microsoft for hosting this great event, and to Labor Team for this fascinating project. We had a great day at the Swisscom Business Days Romandie and we're excited to share some key insights: 💡 🔹 Alexandre Cudré-Mauroux, Head of Key Account Management West at Swisscom, presented the keys to “Driving transformation” through the group’s strategy to Enable, Drive and Protect Swiss businesses. He notably highlighted the pivotal project with Association CARA and its future Patient Portal, which OWT is proud to support. 🔹 Christoph Aeschlimann, Swisscom CEO, delved into the digital transformation within Swiss companies and society. He emphasized the necessity for management teams to fundamentally rethink leadership strategies to navigate this transformation effectively. 🔹 Our CEO, Pierre Grydbeck, shared the stage alongside Urs Lehner, Head of Business Customers at Swisscom.
