Diary of TheSmallWoman at Workforce Group I know I have been MIA. 90% of the time, I intend to write and keep you guys updated, and I do actually start, but I never get to finish. I say to myself that I will try again the next week, but a new week comes, and it’s the same situation all over again. However, today, one of the Business Directors at work had mentioned that he noticed that I had stopped writing, and that’s not a good thing. He talked about how I already have an audience on here, and that my lack of consistency is affecting my personal brand here. As usual, I had brought up my excuse of not having the time, and he had simply said that it is about making it a priority. We are all busy, but we can always set out time to do little things for ourselves. I mean, this diary is my thing. And thinking about it now, I realise that I am just letting it die. Someone even said during the conversation that I lost my spark 😩. I laughed it off, but I cannot say that it didn’t get to me. I mean, I don’t think anyone wants to hear that. So this post is a renewal of my commitment vows with you all (my LinkedIn family). I’m back and trying to be more consistent. With regards to updates, I took KSS twice in a row. I can now officially say that I’m done with my initial KSS jitters 💁🏾♀️. My topic was on Personality types in the Workplace and how to utilize them to your advantage. Ibrahim Kolade helped me to pick the topic. I discovered that I am a Guardian /Analytical person (someone who is very analytical, pays attention to details, and can be a bit too self critical) with a sprinkle of an Integrator/Amiable person (one who is ambitious, outgoing, and talkative) My teammates couldn’t agree more about the talkative part😂. Y’all are getting to know me better 😉 You can find below the assessment link to take the personality assessment as well. https://lnkd.in/dTBzfjnn I am still trying to fill the role of Business Development Executive. Please refer any awesome Business Development / Sales Executive that you know will be interested in the role at this time. I am also currently working on other roles that I will be posting about later. As part of my commitment to y’all, here are pictures I took today just when I was about to leave the office this evening. I’m sure some of you are already starting to forget how I look. I mean, I don’t want anyone to see me and not know TheSmallWoman 😊 #business #work #sales #brand #businessdevelopment #writing #linkedinfamily
