The interns from OIA's Summer Internship Program and Central Insurance met at Central Insurance's new office in Dublin, OH. Central Insurance interns shared their departmental assignments and project details, while OIA interns presented on the importance of the Agency-Carrier relationship, based on interviews with agency members. Both groups did an excellent job, making it clear they're learning so much! Randi Macioce, Territory Sales Manager at Central Insurance, and Cristie Tillery, P&C Training Specialist at OIA, discussed their career paths and also led a case study on the new business process.
