Over the weekend; Marcelle Jordaan (TMIE Aust), our Manager Operations & Optimization walked over 35km to raise funds and awareness to mitochondrial disease (mito). Mito is a debilitating, fatal disease which robs the body’s cells of energy, causing multiple organ dysfunction or failure. Mito can affect anyone at any age; affects 1 in every 4,300 peple making it one of the most commonly diagnosed genetic disease affecting thousands of kids and adults, and there is no cure. NovaSource are proud to support Marcelle in her demonstration of support to a good cause; and to support the testament that even on weekends our people are committed to activities which focus on endurance, performance and reaching great outcomes for others. #bloodylongwalk
