Liebherr Maritime Cranes, I love to see this picture!! Box boom crane from LIEBHERR for offshore operations!
As as I know about Box Boom Crane:
✅ These cranes are designed for heavy-duty lifting tasks, such as in construction sites, shipyards, offshore, and industrial settings.
✅ They are well-suited for lifting heavy loads over long distances due to their robust structure and high lifting capacity.
✅ Box boom cranes usually require more space for setup and operation due to their fixed boom design.
✅ The fixed straight boom design of box boom cranes gives them a relatively long reach. This makes them suitable for tasks that require reaching great heights or extending over obstacles.
✅The lattice boom design offers excellent stability even when lifting heavy loads. The truss structure resists bending and torsional forces, making box boom cranes ideal for tasks that involve precise positioning of heavy objects.
Any feedback? Please write in the column comment section.
Enjoy your Saturday Night!

Ready for operation in the North Sea off the UK. Two fully ex rated RL 4200 offshore cranes, have been installed on a newbuild FPSO, a floating production, storage and offloading vessel. A notable characteristic of the platform is the cylindrical FPSO design.
The two Liebherr RL offshore cranes will be used for maintenance and operational work on the FPSO.

2moGreat, • Also the second type is Single Point Mooring SPM CALM, where hoses from PLEM are connected via Bouncy tank to the bottom of SPM turret. • Moreover the Oil Tanker ( 600K / 1M BBL) anchored from front side to SPM Bouy by moored hawsers during loading, this valuable for non stable sea waves.
