The average hourly earnings for all employees on private nonfarm payrolls rose by 10 cents to $35. Over the past 12 months, these wages have increased by 3.9%. The average workweek for all employees on private nonfarm payrolls held steady at 34.3 hours for the third consecutive month. The unemployment rate remained relatively unchanged at 4.1%, with 6.8 million individuals currently unemployed.
