Electro-Motion provides maintenance and repair services for generators and backup power solutions and generator and related equipment sales and rentals. ➡️ Caymus Equity Partners LLC announced the sale of TriplePoint MEP to Stellex Capital Management. TriplePoint is a leading non-union provider of HVACR installations, maintenance, repair, design, and consulting services to commercial clients across a ten-plus state footprint in the Midwest & Southeast regions. ➡️ Avance Investment Management announced a strategic investment in Tracxtion Commerce Group, one of North America’s fastest-growing independent agency networks. ➡️ Development Partners International (DPI) announced the sale of IFS International Facilities Services. IFS is a leading African integrated facilities management business that supports blue-chip customers operating in remote sites. ➡️ New Majority Capital announced the first close of NMC Fund I. Established in 1974, Signet is an ISO 9001 and ISO 27001-certified mission-critical technology systems integrator supporting the complex and evolving needs of health care, transportation, enterprise and government customers with communications, audiovisual, security, and connectivity solutions. ➡️ Knox Lane portfolio company, Guardian Fire Protection Services, LLC, a leading fire and life safety service provider, announced that it acquired Harris Fire Protection. Harris Fire Protection is a leading fire protection company specializing in special hazard fire suppression systems for commercial and marine industry customers. ➡️ Hamilton Lane announced the final closing of Hamilton Lane Secondary Fund VI with $5.6 billion in commitments, marking the largest fund-raise in the firm’s history. Fund VI materially exceeded its original $5 billion target. ➡️ J. Skinner Baking, a premier manufacturer of artisan baked goods, announced that it was acquired by Stellex Capital Management. J. Skinner provides ready-to-eat baked goods through grocery in-store bakeries, food service providers, and co-pack partnerships.
