Alignment was a topic echoed in several sessions including a fantastic panel discussion with Gary Survis and Rani Hublou. CROs and CMOs need to be perfectly aligned on everything from strategy, to managing opportunities and growing customers for attaining revenue goals. This reaffirmed everything we are trying to solve for @SureRev.AI - building a platform and culture around strategy & execution alignment for GTM teams - the future of a connected GTM. Enterprises today put their corporate culture front and center as guidelines on how employees should operate and conduct themselves. It is time we also build a culture of GTM alignment - with tools, data, processes and leadership to practice GTM alignment.
