Two events in one day for the team at Public yesterday! We hosted an event with Rise, created by Barclays as part of #NYFintechWeek, about the launch of our bonds product. The panelist discussed how fintech partnerships come together and provided behind-the-scenes stories about how we worked with Moment and Apex Fintech Solutions over the last year to make buying corporate and treasury bonds more accessible to retail investors. A special mention goes to Carina Oriel for helping us make this panel a reality and to Hannah Miao for being an incredible moderator. After our bonds event, Jannick Malling went on stage with Chainalysis and Cory Weinberg as part of The Information's inaugural Private Capital Conference. The takeaways from the panel were about how to meet customer demand in a changing market, why retail investors love market volatility, and an overview of the current landscape for late-stage companies.
