Biosolutions for safe and healthy food 🍽 Good bacteria and enzymes can improve our food, for example by leading to less food waste, more food safety, and less plastic packaging. 🍎 💡 Scientists from Nofima were recently present at the opening of the Novonesis Customer & Application Center and a following seminar on biosoutions in Pohlheim, Germany. 🌐 Novonesis is a partner in MICROORC, a Horizon Europe project coordinated by Nofima. MICROORC was presented during the seminar by Veronique Zuliani, who gave the presentation "The next level of bioprotection - Latest insights and scientific developments in meat & prepared food". 🍴
