I am proud to share that Phase 2 is a 4x recipient of the Inc Best Workplaces award. Anonymous responses from all of our employees were scored to gather criteria for this award. We have mindfully crafted a genuine culture over the last 26 years and awards like these are a great way to see what we're doing right, and what can be improved. One of the frameworks that internally keeps our culture in good shape are our core values. Our core values exemplify how we conduct ourselves. These values paired with our mission, P2 rules, and software bill of rights – alongside our technical talent is what sets our team apart from others. These core values are: - Have Grit - Be an Adult - Be a Leader - Give a Shit - Focus on Service Each one of them plays a part in our day to day. They are more than words on a sign, but how our team genuinely operates as individuals. While we are excited to make the Inc Best Workplaces list, I am most proud of the humans on our team and the traits they embody.
