The last 48 hours were an absolute whirlwind of flights and friends ✈️ After London, I spent the weekend in New York City catching up with some of my favorites and meeting incredible new people. A few of the highlights 👇 → Tim Fitzpatrick who’s building IKONA Health to unlock the shift to home care, starting with dialysis. Incredible founder who always keeps the “science first.” You know we had to bust out the whiteboard to talk growth (see last pic). → Kim de los Reyes who’s building Seek to bridge health inequity gaps. We cover 100+ topics per hour in our talks, and I learn so much from her perspective as a nurse. → Brian Luciani who heads up Rise, created by Barclays - the Home of FinTech. He’s my mentor, crazy startup idea thought partner, and the only guy I’ve seen navigate midtown traffic in a Chevy Tahoe. → Jonathan Awad who was introduced to me as “the best connector for new startups in NY.” Praise well deserved, and his energy is incredible. → Shirly Ribak who has something incredible cooking in stealth.
