Amazing to think all of these friendships started virtually during the pandemic and have turned into some of my strongest real connections and sources of support. The founder journey can be rough and isolating. Building supportive friendships with people in the trenches alongside you is one of the surest ways to remain grounded, optimistic and balanced despite it all. Grateful for these humans doing whatever it takes to bring their visions to life and supporting one another along the way. This is a small glimpse of one founder solar system in our corner of the health tech galaxy in the vast and expanding cosmos that is the NYC tech scene. Most of us met through the On Deck Health program, and there's a lot more of us where that came from. It's a stressful time out there. Fundraising, conferences, hitting year-end targets. Find your support network and go through it together.
