I want to take a moment to give a special shout out to my dear friend, Don Bailey. He recently visited the area with his family, and I was fortunate enough to spend an hour catching up with them. It reminded me of the immense importance of relationships in our lives. As time goes by, I find myself constantly thinking about the people who have made a lasting impact and always seeking ways to support them on their journey. Don has been an incredible source of inspiration and support, and I am truly grateful for the positive influence he has had on my life. Back in 2010, when I was living in the Fenway area of Boston and working for the Red Sox, I made it a point to be a regular at a sports bar. The management, particularly Don, played a key role in creating an environment that kept me coming back. His presence and dedication were instrumental in making the place feel like a second home. Fast forward to today, Don has built an impressive career for himself. He is now a partner at a successful restaurant in South Carolina, with his business expanding across different states. Despite his demanding responsibilities, Don always manages to strike a perfect balance between his family, his wife, and his three kids. His commitment to his loved ones is truly admirable. Moreover, the relationships Don has cultivated along his journey are a testament to his character and hard work. People who have had the pleasure of knowing him always have nothing but good things to say. Whether it's reaching out on my behalf or connecting with individuals who know him, Don's positive reputation precedes him. Being well-liked and recognized for his contributions in the tough industry of hospitality is a true blessing. Don's hard work and dedication have allowed him to create a remarkable image for himself. I want to express my heartfelt gratitude for his unwavering support and for always being there to bridge the puzzle pieces of life together. In the grand tapestry of life, our relationships and connections are what truly make the journey worthwhile. Without each other, achieving our dreams and aspirations would be nearly impossible. This past weekend, I took a day trip to NYC from Hampton. I went to see a Broadway show called "Book of Mormon," and it was a great and funny performance. After the show, I visited my friend James Lamb who is a Beverage Manager at Claudette and Rosemary's East, and will eventually be at all the Italian concepts for Casa Nela. He has been working there for three years now, and he always talks about the challenges of his role and the time he spends on his job. It's a demanding and time-consuming position, but he always works hard and gives his best. During my visit, I had the chance to experience the restaurant's happy hour and I was impressed by the delicious food and the elegant ambiance. The combination of the cuisine and the restaurant's style made it a wonderful visit. I want to express my gratitude. #hospitality #broadway #NYC

Feeling a deep sense of gratitude and appreciation for being featured again in the Met Golfer magazine. It has been two years since I was last featured in the 'On the Range' section, titled 'A Bag Full of Wisdom and Inspiration.' This magazine holds a special place in my heart. It gives me the opportunity to share my aspirations and motivations, and pave the way as an advocate for others. As always, it's great to be back watching Coach Glavine and the Huskies in action yesterday at home! It was also nice to see Craig at the baseball game and catch up after over a year! Wherever the journey takes us, let's remember one thing - it's those relationships we've made along the way. It's not just about keeping in touch, but also about continuing to help each other advance in life. Over the years, since I've been in Boston, I first met Craig when I volunteered for the Northeastern University Huskies baseball and basketball teams right after college. I never took pride in that moment, but I always took pride in the friendships I created. Craig even saw me speak at the University of New Hampshire once. Craig thank you for your support and continue to work hard, making an impact at the university in college athletics!

With my dad’s sudden unexpected passing last week, it lifts me up thinking about and knowing I am part of the very special Bluehen family. It always made him very proud that I was so involved with them. I always love watching baseball games like the one yesterday, where my Alma mater University of Delaware Bluehen’s secured a great victory vs Stony Brook College in Stoney Brook NY. It brought back great memories of my time as a student-athlete, being a part of the Baseball and Basketball programs. As an alumni and proud Bluehen, I will always support and cheer our teams on! Inclusive education has always been very important to me, and I am grateful for the experiences and opportunities I had at UD. It's amazing to see the legacy I left behind, and I know that the current players will continue to build upon it. To the coaches and the teams, good luck in your remaining games, I will be cheering you on all the way to the conference tournament. Go Bluehens!
