I always encouraged my team to share their experience during our weekly catch-up. I once asked them, what is the biggest thing that they should achieve in their professional career? I then share with them the story of a water bottle. A water bottle is sold at MYR1 at grocery shop. The same water bottle is sold at MYR2 at the gas station, MYR4 at the gym, MYR8 at the hotel, and MYR16 at the airport. So, why was the same water bottle sold at different prices? While the product remain constant, the only thing that changes is the environment in which it exists. Different environments value the same product differently. Therefore, while constantly improving your 'product' quality, it is equally important for you to find an 'environment' that recognize the product's value.

Account Manager @ Bunzl Greenham | Dedicated to helping new & existing clients navigate their procurement needs.
It’s been an incredible month at Bunzl Greenham so far. Meet a lot of people and have learnt so much. So here are my 5 key takeaways: 1. The Importance of Relationships: Building strong connections with clients is crucial. Taking the time to understanding their needs and concerns lays the foundation for successful partnerships. 2. Attention to Detail: Paying attention to even the smallest details can make such a big difference. From order accuracy to timely communication, every interaction shapes the client's experience. 3. The Power of Adaptability: Change is inevitable but it’s how we adapt and grow that defines our success. Learning to pivot quickly and efficiently respond to change to ensure a smooth operation. 4. Continuous Learning: I don’t believe I know it all. Every day brings new opportunities to learn and grow. Whether it's expanding product knowledge or honing negotiation skills, embracing a mindset of continuous learning has been essential for both my personal and professional development. 5. I read this lovely write up on thefieldengineer.com online community from 8 engineers about why they became a Catering Equipment Service Engineer; people who like solving problems and are good at it, like travel, and like meeting new people! There are also some common themes about being trusted and given responsiblity, about making people happy when their equipment is fixed and being hungry to learn. Inspiring stuff and well worth a read #FEAuk

US Real Estate Coach, Licensed Realtor/Real Estate Consultant at EXIT Realty Elite in Frisco, Texas, serving the Dallas Metroplex. Founding Partner with The John Maxwell Team, and I speak across America.
If you have NEVER heard of the Savannah Banannas….well NOW is your chance Jesse Cole, the owner of this extraordinary business model is a phenom! Want to learn something about taking care of the customer? #EXIT #exitrealty #exitrealtyelite #realestate #customerservice #thechallenge #residualincome #exitrealtycorpinternational #lovEXiT
Before the biggest game in Savannah Bananas history at Nationals Park, I spoke to our group of 200+ people about the importance of doing more than just their job and how that is always been the Fans First way. I shared how the reason we are where we are today is because of that little extra and how are job is always bigger than just our job. I've been so inspired by watching everyone on our team from interns to my wife Emily Cole with how our people have always found a way to go out of their way for our fans and their teammates. With this now being our third MLB stadium and the expectations continuing to rise, I wanted our team know that giving that little extra was more important now than ever. Later that night after one of our most magical shows and experiences, our entire team and front office met and shared so many stories, shout outs and fans first moments that they created. I'm proud to say that their "little extra" shined bright at the Nation's Capital and for the 42,000 fans that went Bananas with us at Nationals Park.
