We are honored to announce that VisionSpring has joined the Global SPECS Network!
Hosted by the World Health Organization, this network unites stakeholders across all sectors to support the WHO SPECS 2030 initiative through coordinated advocacy and action. Our ultimate goal is to help #UN member states achieve a 40 percent increase in effective coverage of refractive error by 2030.
The WHO SPECS 2030 initiative envisions a world where everyone in need has access to quality and affordable refractive error services. It exists to address the widespread need for vision care, and provide solutions for more than 1 billion people who lack access to the eyeglasses they need.
As we embark on this journey with the #WHO and allied organizations, VisionSpring is more committed than ever to improving access to eyeglasses and eyecare worldwide. We believe that through cross sector collaboration, we can create a better future for millions of people by turning the vision of SPECS 2030 into reality.
Together, we move closer to a world where everyone, everywhere, shares the gift of clear vision.
