Myself and Biju Abraham recently had the privilege of visiting our Visa offices in Bangalore, Mumbai, and Singapore, where we had the opportunity to engage with our engineering teams. I was deeply impressed by their innovative mindset demonstrated through some of the product demos related to Gen AI. The talent and enthusiasm of these teams offer a wealth of opportunities for our value-added services, and the passion for the work they do is truly inspiring. In the evolving landscape of Payments in APAC region, these teams are staying ahead of the curve and shaping the future of payments - a testament to our VISA Principles - Customer Obsession!   The trip was a fantastic opportunity to connect, learn, and grow, not to mention the chance to enjoy the delectable local cuisine and exceptional hospitality! I am eagerly looking forward to seeing what the future has in store for us and how we can continue to innovate and make a meaningful impact.   I applaud the efforts our leaders Vikram Kolar and Beng Hang Tay for the great engagement they have created at these locations. This event symbolizes the victory of light over darkness, optimism over despair, and virtue over vice, echoing the ethos of this auspicious occasion.  We all enjoyed a showcase of native foods, dances, and history, providing a unique opportunity for employees to immerse themselves in the diverse traditions and customs associated with Diwali. The dances, performed by talented in-house artists, captured the essence of the festival with their vibrant costumes and rhythmic movements.   Events such as Diwali help foster a sense of unity and cultural understanding among our diverse workforce.
