Lesson learned: Always get the biggest scissors! ✂ This year has been full of changes professionally and personally. And regardless of the bumps in the road, you find success with those who were in the trenches with you. No matter the size of your success, you should take the time to celebrate everyone involved. Moving offices was one of those heavy lifts that I'm glad to work with the people I do at BambooHR. I'm excited to see what the team accomplishes next!

What does it mean to Assume the Best at work and why does it matter? #bhrturns15 and I love the values that guide BambooHR throughout the years and cultivate an amazing culture. Assume The Best was a tricky value for me, especially in a hybrid work environment that can lead to ambiguity. It’s easy to overthink that one Slack message someone sent—are exclamation points taboo yet? I’ve seen several coworkers like Mallory Bryant, Andrew Vawdrey, and Vanessa Brulotte use this value to foster great working relationships and grow their careers. They’ve confronted change with curiosity, developed trust by seeking feedback, and welcomed differing opinions. It's made them standouts in their fields.
