We are delighted that Little Explorers in City Centre Mirdif has become the first children’s education facility in the world to receive the International WELL Building Institute (IWBI) WELL Performance Rating Certification, a globally recognised standard that evaluates and certifies a building's performance based on occupant health and wellness. Achieving this certification is the result of stringent reviews over the last two years and demonstrates our commitment to creating healthier, more productive spaces for our customers and communities.

Our #Dreamscapes initiative, in collaboration with Dubai Culture & Arts Authority and the American University in Dubai, encourages the next generation of architects, designers, and artists to leverage AI tools in envisioning the city's future. We congratulate the winners of our "Dreamscapes: Envisioning the Future of Dubai with AI" competition - Abbas AlObaidi, Ahmed Al Salman, and Kareem Eid - whose artworks will be displayed across our Tilal Al Ghaf development. In this documentary, hear from young creatives, experts, and leaders on how AI can drive innovation in the real estate and design industry, seamlessly aligning with Dubai's innovative spirit and future ambitions.
