Super Ecstatic to have RecyCoal GmbH on my farm today! Special thanks to Sidio Group and Afragro. We spent the morning creating Biochar, an organic approach to fertilizer. Using Biomass Material from my FarmersFriends farm to create everlasting nutrition for our soil. With Biochar we are able to transition to an organic based ecosystem. Allowing us to steer away from commercial fertilizer which generally carries chemicals and toxins. Thank you, Adam D., Linda Lingenauber, Cheikh Seck and my awesome team!

This past month, I graduated from my undergraduate program at Iona College. I received my Bachelors of Business Administration, from the Iona Lapenta School of Business! During my time spent at Iona I studied marketing and entrepreneurship, and explored the wonders of each of these fields! My Journey at Iona has been phenomenal thanks to the support of my awesome mentors, family and professors! My graduation was virtual but don’t worry my parents and family tuned in from SENEGAL! I could feel every bit of excitement from their end! I am beyond excited continue my journey!

I am beyond humbled and SUPER pumped after my awesome phone call with Kitu Life Inc. Super Coffee CEO, Jordan DeCicco. Even with an incredibly busy schedule, Mr.DeCicco made time for this SUPER intern and allowed me to pick his brain. I am so grateful for the insight he provided on how he leveraged the entrepreneurial process, from his early startup stages in his dorm room, to the current multi-million dollar brand. I am extremely confident in the knowledge he provided and excited to integrate it into my journey! Thank you to my awesome SUPERvisor, Jacquelyn Jeanes for setting this call up! Also thank you to the entire super coffee team for continuing to make this internship experience a dream, even in times like this! #internship #startup #coffee #intern #s #coffeelovers #super
