Great news from Russell Square! We’ve secured the TCO for the first four buildings at The Highlands at Silverdale, bringing 112 units online. Buildings 5 & 6 will follow in early August, with Buildings 7-18 rolling out from September onwards. Our clubhouse is set for TCO in October 2024. A big shoutout to Jackson Square Properties and LRS Architects, Inc. for their collaboration. We’re excited to welcome our first residents and positively impact the Silverdale community.

Can you spot the four upcoming LRS affordable housing projects in the Metro Housing Bond’s new 2023 Annual Report? Woodland Hearth, Jamii Court (located on the Portland Value Inn site), the Barbur Apartments, and Garden Park Estates will contribute a collective 364 units of affordable housing to help address the housing crisis in our community. The 2023 Annual Report shared new data and analysis of Metro's progress towards their goal of delivering 3,900 affordable homes in our region. Sonder Fields Apartments | Happy Valley, OR The Sonder Fields Apartments are complete! Located in the heart of Happy Valley, near two schools and a community sports complex; HHPR provided civil engineering, construction administration, land use planning and survey services for this 10-acre, 8 building apartment complex. Site design elements included a public roadway extension of SE Parklane Drive, public utility extensions, community open spaces, site accesses, parking lots, ADA compliance, site retaining walls, pedestrian connections, site utilities, a sanitary pump station and multiple stormwater management rain gardens. It was a pleasure working with the Cobalt team and LRS Architects, Inc. We look forward to more projects together!
