Executive Vice President Of Sales

After 10 remarkable years at Apixio, I have made the difficult decision to move on and will leave Apixio as of Monday, July 1st. I am extremely proud of what began as a startup in 2012, to where the organization is now, which is the market leader in providing connected AI/ML solutions to health plans and providers across the country. I am extremely grateful to have worked with so many intelligent, talented, hardworking, dedicated, collaborative and fun Apixions’ with the mindset of driving value for our clients and getting “stuff” done. I want to thank every one of my fellow Apixions’ for a great ride. There are so many of you that allowed me to be successful at Apixio. Although there are way too many to name, I’d like to give a special shout out and a big thank you to a “number” of my great partners, friends and collaborators at Apixio over my tenure…..Tommy Mac, Anne C, Mark H, Sachin, Meg, Mark S, Bre, Sam D, Alicia, Seth, Carolyn, Matt P, David R, Zain, Barb, Alexandra, AJ, Anthony, James L, KG, Udorn, Ken K, KB, Steve L, Darren, John S, the Marketing team, the Account Management team, and the entire San Diego office crew! The list can go on and on and on….THANK YOU for all your collaboration and for having my back at every turn! I also want to thank all my payer & provider clients who trusted me along the way. You continuously challenged me and Apixio and for that I am eternally grateful to every one of you. Leaving Apixio is emotional and difficult, however I am I excited about what lies ahead in my next chapter. Thank you to my mentors, colleagues and friends who have supported me and continue to do so. I have no immediate plans except to take some time away on Cape Cod, the beach and on the golf course with my family and friends. For those who would like to connect and stay in touch, please feel free to direct message me here on LinkedIn, reach out to me directly on my mobile number or via email at lou.steinberg1110@gmail.com. I will begin the process of looking for a new executive leadership role in the healthcare technology space immediately. I welcome any and all outreach regarding networking and future opportunities. Here’s to everyone to keep smiling and to have a fantastic summer! All my best, Lou

Lou - your knowledge, drive, determination and positive attitude have made an incredible impact on Apixio, our clients’ success and the risk adjustment space at large. Without your insights and leadership - there is no way we could have grown Apixio from an early stage startup to a leader in the space. You have been a great partner and a better friend - and I wish you all the best in your next endeavor. Wherever you go, the company will be very lucky to have you - and there is no doubt that you will again be a huge part of the success story!

Your enthusiasm, sincerity, knowledge and thoughtfulness will be greatly missed! Enjoy your summer filled with sunshine and golf, and I can’t wait to hear what lucky company gets you on their team next!
