Make a list of what you’re seeking so you’ll recognize it when you find it. I did this years ago, and the list helped me recognize that starting a company offered an opportunity I’d been seeking. I did a similar set of exercises recently to help me understand what I like to do and what I’m good at. That list is helping me plan for my next chapter of life.
