Had a fantastic time attending the Metrocrest Chamber Of Commerce Business Expo last week! As a marketer and business owner, it's so important to connect with our local community and see what other businesses are experiencing. Learning about their needs and challenges helps us grow and improve our own strategies. What was your favorite part of the expo? Huge thanks to the Metrocrest Chamber for putting on such a great event! Suzanne Andrade - Realtor #LocalBusiness #Networking #CommunityEngagement 🌟🌐🤝
Never lived in a small town till the last 25 years. Now I get how important connections are in my small village
Kristina Witmer - making connections and networking with other leaders is a great way to build community. How do you plan to follow up to turn those connections into relationships?
Kristina Witmer attending our local business meetings to increase our awareness seems to be a great plan to grow our local markets!
I know Metrocrest Chamber! Good people!
Engaging with the community is important. It's a weird world these days where my community may be local Dallas organizations, or Nova Scotia, or Australia, or some combination of geographies joined by common interests. But regardless, finding ways to engage and stay engaged is a key element to making opportunities happen.
It’s always important to see what others in the community are doing. You always get ideas, share ideas, and overall meet good people.
I've often said to fellow members in our NSA community, "If you're in the business, get involved in the industry." The lessons, connections, and epiphanies come flooding in.
Hey Kristina! It sounds like you had an amazing time at the Metrocrest Chamber Of Commerce Business Expo! Connecting with the local community and understanding the experiences of other businesses is definitely a key aspect of growth and improvement.
It’s a great chamber Kristina. I’ve spoken there before. For me it’s always about the networking and seeing how I can support others.
Kristina Witmer wow! Haven’t been to a Metrocrest event in years. I graduated from Leadership Metrocrest 20+ years ago when I was practicing law. What a wonderful program and chamber!
