Throughout her tenure, she has held a diverse array of leadership positions from her esteemed role as President of Kumon Canada for eight years, and her final role as Senior Vice President of the Office of the CEO and Material Development. Lisa’s unwavering dedication to learning and her readiness to tackle any challenge is evident in every project she undertakes. Lisa Kaul embodies Kumon's Mission and Vision in every pursuit, epitomizing its values and principles. 1moLisa Kaul I have sooo many amazing memories of you. We didn’t always see eye to eye 😜, but I loved that. I could always count on you to poke holes in my wacky ideas, not for the purpose of tearing them down, but rather to make them better. I didn’t immediately see that you were supporting me by NOT permitting a few half-baked plans fail, but I grew to understand and appreciate the value of your probing and questioning. learned so much from you and I matured as a leader under your leadership. I think that Mike will probably empathize with the next statement more than most. Despite the occasional frustration we may have caused each other, there was always a mutual respect for each other’s positions, and it became a true strength of the #canadian and #northamerican management team.
