Genetic counselors help patients navigate through #genetictesting, and once complete, the counselors also help deliver and discuss the results - including translating the results and explaining next steps. Researchers at CHR have been working in #suicideprevention for many years. Three researchers, Greg Clark, Frances Lynch, and Bobbi Jo Yarborough, PsyD, are all tackling the issue in innovative ways - from algorithms that can predict suicide risk to apps that promote mental health. They're each committed to testing the tools and providing them to clinicians to address this major public health issue.
