Our research center is full of women just like Allison Naleway who are experts in their respective fields, contributing to the science that improves healthcare not just for KP members, but for all.
Allison Naleway, PhD, is just one of the many female researchers at the Kaiser Permanente Center for Health Research. The vaccine safety and effectiveness team she helps lead also includes many women who make contributions to the science every day. “I am incredibly proud to stand alongside the women conducting vital research at Kaiser Permanente. The women who work here are leading and contributing to lifesaving and life-enhancing research every day. I am so happy to be a part of it.” During #womenshistorymonth, we celebrate women like Allison, who inspire others and pave the way for success.

But their role extends far beyond. Read more about the work of two of our own #geneticcounselors and learn about how they contribute to our research and the health of our members and their families.
