BIG NEWS 🚀 : DKBinnovative is now part of the Evergreen family of companies with Lyra Technology Group, the biggest MSP in the world! This is a huge win for our company and a tribute to our amazing team.  Many of you know this happened several months back; we’ve held off on a formal announcement following the introduction of a new CEO. And I’m thrilled to announce that Chris Scott, is now the new CEO of DKBinnovative while I elevate to Chairman with my business partner William Mays now Chairman Emeritus (best biz partner EVER!).  Chris and our newly promoted VP’s Randy Haba, Michael Walsh, & Candice Dickerson will lead us to the next level of success! God has exceedingly blessed me and my family with phenomenal teammates, peers and mentors in my life that got us here. Thankful for my brother Jared Barthold and 20 years of grinding alongside me from part-time home office beginnings, and for Gary Pica & Bob P. and the business coaches at TruMethods: Doug Diamond, Peter Briden, and Tony Williams.  12 years ago Gary said “quit your day job Keith and do what I say”—and so I took a giant risk, followed wise counsel, joined an amazing peer group(Trumethods Winner’s Circle/TruPeer ) and those guys forever changed my life and helped build a legacy that will live forever. Admittedly I had my doubts about ‘minimal integration’ and ‘maintained autonomy’ promised by Evergreen without destroying culture and the relationships we’ve built with our clients. It’s been a smooth transition, approaching 9 months post-acquisition and I couldn’t be happier, working with such great people that have kept their promises and new friendships like Sydney Hockett and Craig Fulton.  Aligned vision, values, and culture—it’s a partnership helping us grow and serve our clients better with more resources and expertise. Jeff Totten and Ramsey Sahyoun have built something special and we’re so happy to have a permanent home for DKBinnovative. What’s next for me?  More time with my family (5 kids and an amazing wife Summer that have stood alongside me) and enjoying some personal adventures, while continuing an advisory relationship with DKB and Lyra (assuming Elliott Hyman and Hassan Riaz will put up with me!). I'm so proud of what we have done together at DKB, and I'm grateful for your trust, loyalty, and friendship. Proverbs 3:5-6 has been our theme and our guide, and I pray that continues for the road ahead. This is a new chapter in our story.
