I'm looking to do something on smaller scale property in Saratoga we couldn't get done through LIHTC but leveraging already received CDBG + The Community Preservation Corporation PLP small owner affordable program in NY. Same thing - can save former distressed, near vacant Navy housing for needed six to 12 units here.
