The tech is impressive, but I'm still not totally sure what problem this solves. In some cases I see a novelty and engagement value but not necessarily as a stand alone proposition. Am I missing something?

The fact that you have conflated the two undermines, I think, your attempt to come across as an AI knowledge expert.
