Dear Team, As many of you know, after nearly 16 incredible years or 64 quarters at Google, two different countries, 10 different managers, I will be moving to a new project. It's hard to believe how quickly time has flown by, and I wanted to take this moment to express my sincere gratitude to each and every one of you. THANK YOU, GRACIAS, MERCI, GRAZIE, GO RAIBH MAITH AGAT, to: - My clients, agencies and partners who have worked closely and I have learnt so much and I have tried to give 120%. - All My teams, All My Managers, the Google culture team, the global coaching team, and very special to everyone who has taken care of me during my trips, my day to day job and hard situations. - My family always supporting me in a high demanding world. My time here has been truly enriching. I've learned and grown so much both professionally(at first I moved to a search engine company :) ) and personally. I'm particularly grateful for the business and transformational impact across verticals and clients. All the coaching(In this case globally, being one of the fathers of the Google Way of sales Coaching) and all the feedback I’ve got from all of you guys. I'll always cherish the friendships and memories we've built together. Thank you for your support, collaboration, and the countless laughs along the way. Que grande es este tipo!! Que tiempos aquellos… Un tío sincero que ha llegado a lo más alto pero gracias a su esfuerzo, gracias a su trabajo y su tesón. No quisiste nunca pisar a nadie y aunque tuvieras desde hace muchos años la posibilidad de haberte ido y haber hecho lo que te diera la gana, seguiste ahí y fuiste fiel a quien tú creías que debías serlo. Me ayudaste en las buenas que fueron muy buenas y lo pasamos genial!! Pero más importante es que estuviste también en las malas y eso no lo hace cualquiera!! Aunque hace un tiempito que no nos vemos para mi siempre estás ahí, eres una de esas personas que sabes que descuelgas el teléfono y siempre está y eso vale mucho amigo, mucho!! Espero verte pronto y poder darte un abrazo. Pulpon eres un grande!!!

Lo cierto es que tengo sentimientos encontrados! Cuando te tuve como manager en Local recuerdo tu cercanía, simpatía y sinceridad. Cuando volviste a España y coincidimos en el equipo te recuerdo mucho más distante y con menos brillo. Cuando me amenazaste con que no volvería a trabajar en la industria fuiste de las personas que peor recuerdo me dejó en mi vida profesional. Estaría bien arreglarlo, ¿qué me dices?
