60 years ago IBM created an internal communications "Poster Program" to inspire employees, and remind them what matters most. These are 8 of my favourites (designed by VSA Partners 10 years ago) because they seem as relevant today as they were when they were first published. Based on IBM’s 9 "practices" these posters were inspired by the belief that "Good Design is Good Business". I love these posters because they're a good reminder for business leaders everywhere, that we are here to serve our clients... build a business... make things that matter... change the world (in some small way)... and HAVE FUN! 🙌🏻 “Treasure wild ducks! The wild ducks are the creative ones. They’re the restless explorers who are always looking for a new angle on a big problem”. Thomas J. Watson Jr. 🦆

Facebook launched their own “Analogue Research Lab” with a similar mission back in 2012. Ben Barry and his team created some gorgeous work https://v1.benbarry.com/project/facebook-analog-research-laboratory
CLEARLY, Jeremy, you know which one is my FAVORITE, right?
Thanks Jeremy, so well said! I think these posters are even more relevant today. How do I get a copy of this pdf for my digital treasure?
Whilst I don’t think of “good design” when I think of IBM.. I do love these practices. It’s no co-incidence they’re a very historically successful company.
I did a social media awareness poster program at McKinsey and the posters were printed by so many offices when I visited them! "Never Bitter on Twitter" was my favorite.
Splendid visuals, although they didn't prevent #IBM from going through various crises and re-launch. Is there one of elephants dancing as pee #LouisGerstner book?
These are awesome, Jeremy. Which one is your favourite? (you can only pick one 😉)
The wild ducks poster has always been my favourite
