There are a few communities as genuine as the CMO gatherings convened by Seth Matlins at Forbes. Tonight’s event celebrated 50 leading entrepreneurial CMOs with a rich discussion at the intersection of marketing and innovation, featuring Frank Cooper III , Esi Eggleston Bracey and Linda Boff, who was beautifully toasted with heart and soul by Carla Zakhem-Hassan. The esteemed panel agreed: MARKETING innovation is BUSINESS innovation and drives growth.

What a week. Started on Sunday night at #CasaTua in Miami on the eve of #POSSIBLE hosting a beautiful dinner conversation among cherished #media leaders, #CMOs, and marketing industry friends. From the Global MMA Board meeting with leading CMOs, to the onstage comversations at Possible, Miami was amazing. For as many people as I got to see and connect with, there are so many I missed! By Wednesday, I was in San Fran at the Palace of Fine Arts for EY’s #InnovationRealized. It is a truly one-of-a-kind event that only Gil Forer can imagine, challenging the boundaries of experience and disrupting how we connect clients and thought leaders to create together. It was incredible to co-host an experiential workshop of C-suite executives with Suluh Lukoskie on “the new human-machine imperative”. But between all the events and excitement, the thing I did the most that mattered most this week was serving our clients on real engagements, since that is where everything becomes real (and you know who you are).
