Today, we announced that Amazon Clinic is now Amazon One Medical Pay-per-visit. The service that customers have told us they love is more affordable than ever and easier to get started on Amazon.com. Messaging visits are now only $29, and video visits are $49. Super excited for customers, and proud of the Clinic team that worked to make this happen!

Nworah Ayogu is just a phenomenal human being and I could not be more supportive of his nomination to the Harvard Board of Overseers. A board-certified internist and recent member of the White House Health Equity Roundtable, Nworah was named among Business Insider’s “30 Under 40 in Health Care” and Modern Healthcare’s most influential clinical executives. From him: “I’m driven by a desire to help people live healthier, happier lives and to help organizations navigate and embrace change. I’ve been thinking a lot about how to balance the Amazon Leadership Principles when applying them to our endeavors in healthcare. There are so many different complexities in healthcare, but having a strong Bias for Action is crucial, especially when creating healthcare products. This idea, emphasizes the importance of quickly taking action and making decisions. Testing quickly and learning, and testing again. Steve Jobs was famous for pushing his teams to innovate and not being afraid to move forward with bold ideas. Amazon encourages its leaders to make decisions fast and act on them, which helps them stay ahead. In healthcare, moving quickly is even more important because people's health and lives are at stake. Being action-oriented means that new health products can be developed, tested, and made available faster, which can lead to better care for patients and even save lives. It's about not being afraid to try new things, learning from feedback, and always looking for ways to improve and help more people. Acting quickly in healthcare means we can solve problems faster and make a real difference in people's lives. Let’s keep moving forward! Onward!
