“AI won't replace you. Someone using AI will replace you.”   👆 The problem with this mindset is the definition of “replace”.   For most, “replace” means to make faster, or cheaper, or to take shortcuts to short-term growth.   Content is probably the best example in B2B right now.   The number of brands churning out (even more) mediocre content, at record speeds, and then hiding when it comes to answering the question of: “did it move the needle?”.   Because, of course, it didn’t. And this approach never has.   That’s not replacing. That’s hitting your head against a brick wall, faster.   Truth is, it’s never been about simply *using* the technology. It ALWAYS comes down to the simple of question of: “are you making something better for your buyers?”   – Are you developing a better product? – Are you creating better content? – Are you designing a better experience? – Are you building a better community?   And, most importantly… – Are you moving the needle?   Yes, day-by-day, the human-only tasks will (quietly) disappear.   But our job now isn’t to simply do our job. It’s to find new tasks, human tasks, faster than the AI takes the old ones away.   To add value. To do it differently.   And to build something BETTER with our newfound insight (and intelligence!).   #marketing #saas   PS.
