Important update!
That is a great article from Bloomberg, and it shows that many cities around the world have seen rapid regional rail as a way to speed up the mobility of citizens in a region and integrate the city, even in terms of the labor market. But also, it is evident that the main challenge to making this work is encouraging agencies from across regions to work and collaborate together as this is a long-term, massive scale project.
