I encourage the IIHS to support my proposed Petitions for Rulemaking to include a Zone of Illumination into FMVSS number 108 to make possible SEEING and ADDED TIME in the PREVENTION OF OPEN VEHICLE DOOR COLLISIONS AND FATALITIES.
