A new journey for SystematIC begins: Satori Electric CO. LTD acquires MAGnetIC Holding B.V. and SystematIC design B.V.   On February 19th 2024, Satori Electric Co. Ltd. (“Satori”, Tokyo, 7420:TYO) and the shareholders of MAGnetIC Holding B.V. (“MAGnetIC”) have reached an agreement on the purchase of a majority share position by Satori that includes SystematIC design B.V. (“SystematIC”).   Richard Visee, SystematIC’s CEO, says: “Satori’s customer base and global presence combined with our technology will take our customer propositions and customer support to a next level.”   In this transaction Satori will acquire all shares in MAGnetIC currently held by the Zeeuws Investeringsfonds B.V.. I was really surprised at how many Solid-State battery companies there are now. Of course, (almost) everyone knows #QuantumScape and #SolidPower by now. But who else is out there? What other promising players are there? I have conducted a comprehensive analysis of the Solid-State market in 2024. The factory, targeted to be operational in 2025, will be built in phases starting with an initial 500 megawatt-hours (MWh) with the potential of up to 5 gigawatt-hours (GWh) within the initial footprint.   🔋 Revealed our 500 Wh/kg battery platform that delivers potential industry-disrupting performance with barrier breaking discharge times.    🔋 Started scaling our manufacturing line at our headquarters in Fremont, CA.
