We are excited to announce that our ExecFactor platform, The Exigent Group, has completed its 4th and 5th acquisitions since its formation just over a year ago.   The partnership with ATCO and Global Facility Solutions fulfills core tenets of Exigent’s M&A plan by expanding its geographic footprint into New England and broadening its service capabilities to include energy efficiency, sustainability, and engineering services.    With these recent acquisitions, Exigent continues its drive to become a leading provider of mission-critical HVAC and other mechanical equipment repair, maintenance, and replacement services in the Eastern United States.   Congratulations to Peter van Niekerk, Scott Hauncher, Cale Kaczmarek and the rest of the Exigent and Huron teams on these transactions.
