Highgate Hawai'i is thrilled to announce the promotion of Vjee Aparra as a Rooms Manager for the Hilton Garden Inn Waikiki Beach. Prior to joining Highgate, Vjee's experience included positions in retail, reception and hostess, where she honed her customer service skills, enhancing her role as a Guest Service Agent at White Sands Hotel. Vjee has been with us for over a year now and within her first year, she wasn't afraid to step in roles that were unfamiliar to her. She embraced every challenge with enthusiasm and a willingness to learn, quickly becoming an invaluable asset to our team. Her positive attitude and dedication to providing exceptional service have not gone unnoticed by both her co-workers and our guests. Outside of work, Vjee enjoys going to the beach with her family and friends, walking her dogs, shopping and staying active by hitting the gym, playing volleyball and hiking. We are incredibly proud to have Vjee as part of our team and look forward to her continued growth and contributions.
