Yesterday, we were mentioned in a few tweets and a PinkNews article and wanted to check it out. After reading more into it, we wanted to remind our audience where we stand, and that is in solidarity with Trans people and Trans Lesbians. Pride is about celebrating diversity and liberating queer people. Given that in the West today, personal sexual preferences are intentionally conflated with prejudices and discrimination, I'd love to know more about what does discrimination against a whole identity group entails?

This type of technology should be illegal - not just immoral. A dating app might seem innocuous but the broader implications of using photos to discriminate is profound. And thank you, HER App, for being on the inclusive side.
