Join us as a #BusinessDevelopmentandMarketing Manager based in #Singapore. The role involves supporting the business development and marketing function of our Singapore and Hong Kong offices. You will play a hands-on role in contributing to the firm’s success and building our brand both regionally and globally. 🌏

Responsibilities 🙋♂️
You will work closely with the lawyers to achieve their marketing & business development initiatives. The role involves:
- Prepare, coordinate, finalise and update RFPs, pitches, presentations and capability statements and maintain database for such materials.
- Prepare, edit and disseminate marketing collateral such as legal updates, client alerts, newsletters, other promotional materials as required and to update online assets as necessary across various practice areas.
- Collect and track representative experience and maintain the firm’s experience database.
- Conduct research on current and prospective clients and industry trends.
- Manage the firm’s CRM database.
- Organise and produce physical and virtual events for internal and external parties.
- Work on special projects and any other ad hoc requirements for the BDMC function as required.
Skills/Experience 💪
- An appropriate tertiary qualification (likely in marketing, business or management).
- A legal qualification is an advantage.
- Ideally at least 3 years of business development and marketing experience in a legal or professional services environment.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Excellent project co-ordination/administration skills.
- Advanced MS Office skills - in particular Word, PowerPoint and Excel skills
- Able to work independently and autonomously as well as in a team.
