The role involves supporting the business development and marketing function of our Singapore and Hong Kong offices. Responsibilities 🙋♂️ You will work closely with the lawyers to achieve their marketing & business development initiatives. The role involves:  - Prepare, coordinate, finalise and update RFPs, pitches, presentations and capability statements and maintain database for such materials. - Prepare, edit and disseminate marketing collateral such as legal updates, client alerts, newsletters, other promotional materials as required and to update online assets as necessary across various practice areas. - Collect and track representative experience and maintain the firm’s experience database. - Conduct research on current and prospective clients and industry trends. - Manage the firm’s CRM database. - Organise and produce physical and virtual events for internal and external parties.  - Work on special projects and any other ad hoc requirements for the BDMC function as required.
