And in the right corner we have…The Great Exodus from companies demanding a return to the office. The issue isn’t the office itself, it’s the location. If you’re local – no problem. Slippers happily left at home, at least a few days a week. But if you were hired during COVID and live 1.5 hours away...not so great.
