Say hello 👋 to our biggest hiring class yet—six awesome people who’ve joined our team! The last few weeks have been jam-packed. We’ve had our hands full with some intense training sessions, and our Tampa team even flew in to onboard with our Indiana crew. But it wasn’t all work—we made sure to have some fun too! We took our new team members out for a happy hour around Fishers to show them the local hangouts and get everyone chatting. It’s been a blast introducing them to our community and each other. Last week, the entire team went out for a quick happy hour to welcome our first summer class of new hires. It felt amazing to get out of the office, sit on a rooftop, and soak up the conversation around the firepits. 🔥 The first week can be pretty stressful with all the information overload, so it was nice to disconnect and share some laughs with the team. We’re thrilled to welcome two new Associate Consultants to our growing team in downtown #Tampa! Please join us in welcoming Gabrielle Trier and Grace Tarkington! They will be working closely with our Regional Director, Michael DuPre, where they'll help build and strengthen our Tampa team. Gabby's tenure as the former President of her sorority speaks volumes about her leadership, collaboration, and problem-solving proficiency. Her experience translates seamlessly into our team, promising dynamic contributions and forward-thinking solutions to the table. Meanwhile, Grace's skills in quality improvement, leadership, and interpersonal relations, coupled with her healthcare administration degree, position her as a valuable asset from day one. With her talent for nurturing meaningful connections, our team is primed for even greater success. Excited to witness the huge impact Gabby and Grace will certainly bring to our team! 👏

In the past month alone, we've had the pleasure of promoting four outstanding individuals. Yes, FOUR!! 👨💼 We have a new Managing Consultant, Alexander Fuatavai leading the charge, bringing additional leadership to our team. 👨💼 A Senior Consultant, Will Jones, MBA, has risen to the next level, showcasing his expertise in maintaining his relationships and maximizing on finding top talent for our clients. 👩💼👩💼 We're also proud to celebrate the promotion of two Consultants, Julia Darling and Natalie Allen whose commitment and drive have been truly inspiring. Their collective efforts have been instrumental in our recent successes, contributing to a phenomenal Q1. Their hunger for excellence and relentless work ethic are unparalleled, driving us towards even greater achievements in the quarters ahead.
