Was an honour to receive the Changemaker Award last night at the AdExchanger and AdMonsters Top Women in Media. Thanks to my biggest supporters Orlando Reece Jeannie (Gammon) Olliver, Lauren Diamond and Maggie Milnamow -- it's been an incredible journey together at Business Insider! They asked each honouree to share 2-3 key elements to successfully implementing change. Here's mine... VISION - you won't know if you've made it unless you know where you're going. A bold vision will set the direction that all the team can get behind. PEOPLE - change doesn't happen without your people. Engage, educate and inspire your teams to own the vision and work with you to deliver on it. EXECUTION - it's all in the follow through. Big vision with no delivery does not result in change. And make sure to measure results at the end -- demonstrating ROI is the key to getting more investment from CFO/Board in the future. #TopWomenMediaAdTech
