Tecan Genomics is looking for a new Field Application Scientist. I've been in that position for a year now, and I have to say I'm enjoying it. It's a remote position with frequent travel, so your location isn't especially important. You'd need experience with molecular biology and ideally at least some basic programming skills. The job is to travel out to labs that want a Tecan Genomics kit automated, and play with whatever automation system they have until it works consistently. See new places, engage with interesting scientists and their research, support efficient and reproducible experiments. Most of the work is in the US, but I've had several trips outside it as well, to England, France, Italy, and Denmark. Toss me a message if you're interested!
