I was fortunate to travel to Italy after Cannes and now I'm back! I'm excited about the relationships built from #CannesLions2024. Nothing beats the IRL experience of meeting many talented and wonderful people. Here are highlights: 🎤 Panel with Infillion talking about Sports! Big kudos to the Infillion team for making it work on a windy day. The discussion ranged from the rise of women's sports to unique brand partnerships, and how athletes are becoming content creators. Lara Krug Michael Colella James Cooper Shannon Pruitt Samira Panah Bakhtiar  🌎 WPI CMO's dinner - A testament to how great it is being part of their global network. WPI invited independent agencies with a worldwide reach to join together for a quiet, intimate dinner in a beautiful villa. John Harris John Keane Mikael Rubinsson 🌟 Gold House - The second annual Gold House Gold Toast at Pinterest’s Manifestival was an inspiration. Big shout out to  Helen Lin & Rosa Yan for bringing everyone together. It was a special time. 🔥 It was great to see old friends and meet new ones! All these conversations build a strong connection in a short amount of time. The 'Good People' postcards with Upworthy lead to dinner table conversation starters that lead to a transformative moment of connection (shout out to the table in the corner Mindy Nguyen, Christopher Cifarelli + Joshua Reed)! Shout out to Justine Ryan for #massivemusic. Stacy-Ann Effs Mia Pierantozzi Krystal Hauserman Amy Tunick 📣 The week was filled with panels, meetings, dinners, Alexis Ohanian, Jason & Travis Kelce, and a Snap concert with Kelis. It was amazing and I'm grateful for the relationships built. Look forward to next year!

As a little girl playing basketball, I pretended that I was Jordan shooting my fadeaway 3s. Now, as women are finally beginning to get the attention in sports, we can create more opportunities for fans to become part of the excitement. It was great returning to 2024 OAAA Confernce and speaking about measurement and OOH! I was honored to one of the initial reviewers for the #OBIE awards. To be honest, I was a little nervous looking at creative as a media person. But knowing that other creative judges took it to the next level and handed out awards, I was thrilled to see the winners. I think it’s important to have a diverse perspective and I’m happy help. Big congrats to the OAAA team for putting together a conference and a show!

Excited to be speaking at the 2024 OAAA Conference next week! Even though I'm a digital girl, I love OOH (out of home advertising). It's one of my favorite media type as it lives in the wild. Great night at the ThinkLA panel. Love the opportunity to share experiences with amazing people. It was a chance to reflect on my leadership style which is built around 3 things: creating great work with great people and having some fun! Here’s a story that I shared: In college, I decided to see life as a game of poker. We’re all dealt a hand of cards with no choice. Even if you have the best hand, it doesn’t mean you’re gonna win. Even if you have the worst hand, it doesn’t mean you’re gonna lose. How you play the game can influence the outcome. So let’s play.
