¡Recién anunciado! #GEVernova suministrará condensadores síncronos y subestaciones de alto voltaje para los proyectos Ana María y Monte Mina, para ayudar a mejorar la estabilidad de la #red en el nortede #Chile. Un condensador síncrono es un gran generador giratorio que mejora la regulación de voltaje y proporciona seguridad #energética, soporte de red y estabilización. GE Vernova también suministrará la subestación para conectar la isla de condensadores síncronos con los sistemas de transmisión. Chile se ha convertido en un destino de clase mundial para la #energía #solar y eólica, tanto por sus políticas habilitantes como por sus abundantes recursos de sol y brisa. Los condensadores síncronos serán fundamentales para permitir la incorporación de energía renovable a la red, proporcionando la inercia necesaria para ayudar a evitar riesgos de apagones. Just Announced! #GEVernova is set to supply synchronous condensers equipment for the Ana Maria and Monte Mina projects, to help improve #GridStability in Northern #Chile. A synchronous condenser is a large rotating generator improving voltage regulation and providing #energy security, #grid support and #stabilization. GE Vernova will also supply substation to connect the synchronous condensers island with the transmission systems. Chile has become a world-class destination for #solar and #wind energy, based on its enabling policies as well as its abundant resources of sun and breeze. Synchronous condensers will be critical to enable the addition of #RenewableEnergy to the grid, providing the needed inertia to help avoid risks of blackouts. This project adds up to the seven synchronous condensers GE Vernova has supplied in #Brazil in the past seven years, and to the recent order in the #UnitedStates where four synchronous condensers will be delivered to help improve grid stability in upstate #NewYork. #GEVernova is powering up #China’s Huizhou CHP Plant! ⚡ In collaboration with Harbin Electric Corporation, GE Vernova provided two #hydrogen-ready 9HA.01 combined-cycle units for the Guangdong Huizhou combined heat and #power plant.
